A Lotta Staging Design professional will gladly come to your home to see how we can strategize and execute the best styling for your home within your desired budget. We will "Walk & Talk" about your ideas, take some pictures of your space and note your likes and dislikes. Based on our evaluation, we will put together a design to your liking and make your dream home happen, giving you that “at home” feel. We will get what we need all within 1 to 1.5 hours!

Spruce Your Space - $550

This day of staging service is recommended for those that just want a little “face-lift” for your space, as we like to call it, a little cosmetic staging! We will come in and transform your space by possibly arranging existing furniture for the ideal design flow. And we will shop for the perfect accent pieces and décor to showcase your home’s beauty.

Full Staging/Occupied Homes - $1,250

With this service, we will make dramatic exquisite transformations to your space by eliminating inessential furniture, adding the perfect furniture, art pieces and wall colors if desired to enhance and create an ideal space designed customized just for you!

D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself) - $250/room

This service is suggested to those “Do-It-Yourselfers” who don’t mind getting a little dirty! A very affordable option without the price tag of a professional. With this service we will create an E-design to capture your ideas and come up with the best design for your space. You will be provided with a list of resources where you can purchase the items from the E-design board and begin your very own “D.I.Y” home project.
